    Lead Pastor / Leadership Team

    Steve and Debbie founded Harvest Fellowship along with several other couples on September 20, 1992 in the basement of their home (see our history).  Over the years, there have been many people trained in different areas of the ministry, through Grace School of Ministry or just serving. Hundreds have come to Christ through evangelistic efforts over the years. Steve's education has been in Theology, Bible and Counseling earning a ThB, MA, MDiv, and a PhD. Steve's work history outside of ministry has been in the medical field and then later in manufacturing. In 1999, He left management in those fields to be a consultant in Lean Manufacturing, Software training (with his own industrial software-Visual Instructor Software-(recently sold), and in Leadership, Team Work and Personal Coaching (both in business and ministry). Steve and Debbie have been married for 44 years and have four grown children and 15 grandchildren, who all live in the Greater Brighton area. 

  • Bobby Hill

    Associate Pastor / NextGen Pastor

    Bob Hill better know to us as Bobby, is the Associate Pastor of Harvest Fellowship and NextGen Pastor. Bob works directly with the NextGen, which is Middle School thru Young Adult, with great success.  He has exstensive experience in the NextGen Age groups, and is passionate to see them be spiritually minded and even to defend themselves against other world views that they are taught in school.  Bob loves apologetics and teaches it not only to the NextGen, but to the adults as well. Bob is a second generation pastor and has two adult children and 3 grandchildren.

  • Jonathan Blackwell

    Technology Director / Leadership Team

    Jon is head of our Technology at Harvest as well as being on the Harvest Leadership Team. He is a technical software services engeener at Monarch Medical Technologies and lives in the Brighton Area. He's married to Lindsay, one of the worship team leaders and they have 4 children: Buddy, Adelle, Anya and Broden. Jon has been with the church from its first service.

  • Brett Minne

    Director Of Ministry / Leadership Team
    Brett Minne is on our Leadership Team he is our Director of Ministry. Brett is the Director of Student Achievement in District 27j. He lives in the Brighton Area with his wife and three girls. Brett is married to Jami Minne, who serves as our Ministry Support, they have 3 children, Brooke, Brennah, and Brecken. Brett has been attending Harvest since 2001.
  • Donnie Fetters

    Finance Leader / Leadership Team
    Donnie Fetters is on the leadership team. He is the leader of the Finance team here at Harvest, He also helps in the Middle School Sunday School class on Sunday second service. He is married to Dana Fetters and they have 4 kids, Mary, James, Anna, and Ruth. They currently are caring for their niece Ariah. Donnie and Dana have been married for 16 years.
  • Anthony Muñoz

    Jr. High Leader / Leadership Team

    Anthony is on the Harvest leadership team. He helps run the Middle School Sunday School class. He and his wife Sarah work together in real estate and have 5 kids, Brock, Ali, Beau, Brody and Breck. They live in the Brighton area.

  • Debbie Blackwell

    Coffee Bar Manager, Middle School Teacher

    Debbie Blackwell is the wife of the Senior Pastor and serves in several areas. She leads mommies coffee on Wednesday mornings, along with teaching middle school both on Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings.  She also heads up the Harvest Cafe (our coffee Bar), She has 4 adult children and 15 grandchildren. 

  • Jami Minne

    Ministry Support Leader, Small Groups Leader, Communications

    Jami is the Ministry Support Leader, the Director of Communications, runs the Small Groups at Harvest and works in the office twice a week. She ran the Awana Program for 12 years and passed it off to Bill Lewis this year.  She has attend Harvest since the church began in 1993.  She is married to Brett Minne, he is the Student Acheivement Director for 27J schools, and they have 3 children, Brooke, Brennah and Brecken. They lead a small group in their home for people from Harvest. Jami is everything information for the church and probably can answer any question you might have.  

  • Lindsay Blackwell

    Worship Leader

    Lindsay is one of the Woship Leaders at Harvest. She also teaches adults on occasion for different events. She is a Sunday School Teacher for 2nd thru 5th grade for KidsQuest and more recently started working in the Finance office.  She has a part time job cleaning the church each week. She is married to Jon Blackwell, the Technology Director and Leader at Harvest. She has 4 children Buddy, Adelle, Anya and Broden and lives in the Brighton area. 

  • Will Deere

    Worship Leader / Men's Group

    Will is one of our Worship Leaders and his wife Rachel sings on his team with him. Will is also the Leader of the Men's group. Will works in real estate and runs his own consulting business on the side. He and Rachel also are in a band that play gigs in the area.  He and Rachel, his wife, have been married for 25 years. He has 2 children and lives in the Brighton area.
