    60+ Group or Boomers & Beyond

    We will be meeting again Sunday, Sep 13th
    Our Boomers & Beyond Group will have devotions and talk about topics related to being 60+, such as retiring, grown children, grandchildren, health topics, traveling, etc. This group meets 2 times a month with one week having devotions and talks while the other week maybe watching a movie here, playing some games, topics of concern, or just having conversations with each other about life.

    They will be getting together the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month at 12:30 in the Octagon. The 2nd Sunday will always be here at the church with food and fellowship and a topic to discuss. The 4th Sunday we will begin with food and fellowship and follow with games or guest speaker, etc.

    At least 1 person needs to be 60, so even if your spouse is not, you are both welcome to come.

    Beginning New Testament Greek (SAT)

    Starting again on Sep. 12th. The class will be held REMOTELY via ZOOM.
    There are three levels: Beginning, Year 1; Beginning, Year 2; and Advanced.
    *** You can earn Grace School of Ministry Credit.
    The class runs from September through May. The class times are Beginning Greek Year 1 - Saturday mornings from 8:20 - 9:50
    Beginning Greek Year 2 - Saturday mornings from 10 - 11:30.
    **Each class runs 1.5 hours. In addition to the textbook and workbook, you will need a PC/computer, camera and microphone.
    Several hours of personal study and homework during the week are necessary if you want to succeed in the course. There is no cost for the class itself, but the required textbook and
    workbook cost around $50 total.
